ENCHILADA CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. corn tortillas, broken up 2 sm. cans tomato sauce 1 (10 oz.) Las Palmas enchilada sauce 1 can pitted black olives (I use sliced) 2 cans mushroom soup 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 2 lbs. ground chuck Brown meat and onions. Mix in all other ingredients and pour into large baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover last 10 minutes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serves 15. |
