APPLE CRISP 
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/3 c. sugar
Dash of salt
6 apples, sliced & cored
Cinnamon to taste

Place apples in pie pan, add sugar and cinnamon. Combine butter, flour and oatmeal and sprinkle on the top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown and bubbling.
