CHICKEN MARSALA 
2 boned and skinned chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
All purpose flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. Marsala wine

Sprinkle chicken with salt, flour, and pepper. Brown chicken in butter, add onion, and mushrooms and simmer about 15 minutes. Remove to a serving plate. Stir in Marsala wine and stir over high heat until mixture bubbles. Spoon pan juices over chicken. Serve over fettuccine cooked in garlic water. Serves 2.
