POTATOES WITH JALAPENO CHEESE
SAUCE
 
4 med. potatoes
1 sm. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. jar pimentos; optional
Salt and pepper
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 roll garlic cheese
1/2 roll jalapeno cheese

Peel and slice potatoes. Boil until tender. Layer in buttered casserole with bell pepper and pimento. Salt and pepper each layer well. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and blend. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly. Add cheese (cubed) and cook until melted.

Pour over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
