BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
4 c. blueberries
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
8 slices white bread, buttered

Bring blueberries, sugar and water to a boil slowly. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove crusts from bread. Place 2 slices in buttered loaf pan. Cover with blueberry sauce, continue alternating ending with fruit. Let stand until cool. Chill. Slice and serve with whipped cream.
