BLUEBERRY PUDDING 
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. fresh blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. combine crumbs, sugars, and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Place 1 cup berries in 10x6-inch baking dish. Cover with half of crumb mixture. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes. Serve warm. 3/8 cup serving = 1/2 bread, 1 fat, 1 fruit. 121 calories.
