QUICK AND EASY CHICKEN TENDERS 
1 1/2 - 2 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Paprika
Salt and pepper
Poultry seasoning
1 - 1 1/2 c. flour

Cut boneless chicken breasts (approximately 1/2 inch wide, 2-4 inch length). Put cut pieces of chicken into colander and add the spices (VERY IMPORTANT -- spice your chicken before you add the flour). After you have covered the chicken very thoroughly with spices add flour -- sprinkling and tossing to cover well. Then spice the chicken (lightly) after flouring.

Take breaded tenders and put into skillet with 1 inch of preheated cooking oil. They cook in 20 minutes. Serve immediately.

(NOTE: You can spice your chicken and/or flour it way before you cook them if you want -- saves time at dinner preparation.) Kids will eat the leftovers for lunch!
