CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chiles (remove any seeds)
1 lb. Longhorn or Cheddar cheese, grated

BATTER INGREDIENTS:

1 c. milk
1/2 c. Wondra flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs

Layer half of the chiles in buttered 11x13 casserole dish. Sprinkle half of the grated cheese over green chiles. Repeat layer of green chiles and cheese.

Combine all of the batter ingredients and pour over chiles and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cool 10-15 minutes before serving.
