CREAMY POTATOES AND BROCCOLI 
1 lb. new potatoes, sliced
2 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
4 mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
3 slices bacon, crumbled

Steam sliced potatoes 5 minutes. Add broccoli to potatoes; steam 6 minutes. Add mushrooms; steam 3 minutes.

Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add flour; cook 1 minute. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thick. Stir in sour cream, salt, pepper and celery salt. Combine steamed vegetables and sauce; sprinkle top with crumbled bacon.
