POTATOES, BEANS & ZUCCHINI 
New potatoes, sm. 2 or 3 per person
String beans, 1/2 c. person
Tender zucchini, 1/2 per person
Garlic, chopped
Olive oil
Basil

Steam quarters of new potatoes. Steam string beans, then chunks of tender zucchini. Put together in bowl and 1 or 2 cloves garlic. Drizzle with olive oil. Add fresh basil leaves.
