LEMON ICE BOX DESSERT 
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 lemons, grated rind and juice
3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
Ice cube trays

Mix Eagle Brand, lemon juice and rind, add egg yolks. Fold in whipped cream. Roll the wafers, use half of crumbs to line ice cube tray. Put in mixture, cover with balance of crumbs. Freeze for 24 hours or overnight before serving.

You may Pasteurize eggs or buy them already Pasteurized from the supermarket (in liquid form).
