STUFFED CHICKEN CHESTS 
6 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice mix
6 slices bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can of milk

Prepare rice according to package directions. To stuff breasts, lay chicken breast on counter, place 1 to 2 tablespoons cooked rice in center and wrap chicken to enclose. Wrap entire package with one slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place chicken breasts in shallow baking pan. In saucepan, blend soup and 1/2 can milk and heat. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes; remove cover and bake another 15 minutes to brown bacon. Serves 6.
