CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
2 pkgs. strawberry jello
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple (drain and save juice)
1 c. walnuts, chopped small

Melt cranberry sauce with 2 tablespoons water until it is liquid. Add to pineapple juice; should equal 3 cups. Add more water if necessary. Add jello powder and fold in crushed pineapple and walnuts. Pour into mold; mix and chill until firm. Good with any meat, especially turkey!!
