CORNED BEEF HOTDISH 
1 can corned beef
1 c. Velveeta, cubed
1 pkg. macaroni shells
1 c. milk
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook shells according to package directions. Mix soup along with milk until creamy in a large casserole dish. Add cubed cheese, onion and corned beef. After shells are cooked and drained, add to the casserole dish. Add seasonings as desired. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 50 to 60 minutes. Stir a few times during the baking process.
