COUNTRY-STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. scallions, chopped

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter. Combine bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, garlic and salt. Dip chicken in butter, then in crumbs. Place chicken in ungreased 10-inch pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

While chicken is baking, add wine, scallions and parsley to extra butter (add more butter, if necessary, to make 1/2 cup). When chicken is golden brown, pour mixture over chicken and bake another 3-5 minutes. Serves 4.
