APPLE NUT CAKE 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
3 c. chopped raw apples
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. vanilla

Bake in large pan 13 x 9 inches at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

TOPPING:

In pan over burner: 1 c. light brown sugar 3 tbsp. canned evaporated milk

Cook 1 minute. Pour over cake while both are hot.
