ICEBOX COCONUT CAKE 
Night before, make icing and refrigerate.

ICING:

16 oz. sour cream
2 c. sugar (granulated or 10x)
12 oz. frozen coconut

Do not over mix!

Use one box of yellow cake mix and make according to directions, except use 1 cup water, 1/3 cup oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Split layers after baking and ice. Cool Whip can also be added to icing.
