PINEAPPLE ICEBOX CAKE | |
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, strained 1 pt. whipped cream 48 marshmallows 3 bag graham crackers or sm. box Strain pineapple over 2 quart pan. Put marshmallows in the juice a few at a time and let melt. Cool whip cream. Add pineapple and juice. Stir easy. Pour over 2 packages of crushed graham crackers in 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle remaining crushed graham crackers on top. Set in refrigerator to chill for 2 hours. Tastes best the same day it is made. |
