PINEAPPLE ICEBOX CAKE 
1/2 lb. vanilla cookies
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs, unbeaten
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Roll cookies into crumbs and put 1/2 of them in the bottom of pan. Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, one at a time and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour mixture over crumbs. Whip cream and add the pineapple and pour over first mixture. Cover this with rest of crumbs and put in icebox overnight.
