2 - 3 c. crushed ice
3/4 c. vodka
2 tbsp. canned coconut cream
Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
Juice of 2 lemons
1/4 c. superfine sugar
Kiwi slices, for garnish

Blend until frothy. Makes 4 servings.
