KIWI'S FINGER LICKING GOOD PORK
CHOPS
 
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 to 8 pork chops with the fat trimmed off

Mix in plastic bag.

Pan fry to "set" coating. Put in crockpot with 1 to 2 cans chicken with rice soup (undiluted). Cook on High for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or Low for 6 to 8 hours. These chops will literally fall off the bones.
