1/3 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sugar

SALAD:

2 qts. torn spinach
3 kiwi, sliced
1 tomato, cut in wedges
1 c. separated red onion slices
1 c. feta cheese, crumbled
1 c. croutons

Toss well with dressing and top with croutons.
