KIWI FRUIT PIZZA RECIPE 
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. regular oats, uncooked
1/4 c. finely chopped walnuts
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
3 to 4 kiwi fruit, peeled, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
4 to 6 strawberries, halved

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well, then chill. Cream butter, gradually add sugar while beating well with an electric beater at medium speed. Add flour, oats, and walnuts; mix well. Press mixture into greased 12- inch pizza pan. Prick dough with a fork and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until brown.

Spread condensed milk mixture evenly over crust. Arrange fruit over condensed milk mixture. Serve.
