BANANA BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 egg
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. nuts
3/4 c. raisins

Cream sugar, butter and egg. Add mashed bananas and sour milk; mix until well blended. Add flour, soda and salt, mixed together. Blend in well. Add nuts and raisins. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve warm with cream cheese.
