TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
8 oz. egg noodles
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed on package. Return to pan noodles were cooked in. Stir in tuna, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole pan.

Melt butter in skillet, fry bread crumbs in butter until browned. Spread on top of casserole then add cheese on top of bread crumbs.

NOTE: I toast 2 slices of bread in toaster, cut up in small cubes and use that for bread crumbs.
