CHEESY TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. water
1 1/4 c. grated American cheese
3 c. cooked noodles, drained
2 tbsp. butter
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cooked, drained peas
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1 (10 oz.) can drained tuna

Saute onion in butter in medium saucepan. Stir in flour, gradually add milk and water. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils. Stir constantly. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup cheese, Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt. Stir until cheese is melted. Combine cheese sauce, tuna, peas and cooked noodles. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 305 degrees for 25 minutes.

Best tuna casserole ever. I have been making this for over 40 years. Not your run of the mill tuna casserole. So much more flavor and creaminess than the mushroom soup variety. I use 350°F oven temp and use cheddar.
