VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
10 oz. pkg. green beans
10 oz pkg. cauliflower
10 oz. pkg. carrots
5 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. minced onion
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. corn flakes or bread crumbs

Cook vegetables and drain. Melt butter; add flour, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper. Fold into vegetables. Place in casserole dish. Top with cheese and crumbs. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
