VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 c. chopped broccoli
2 c. chopped cauliflower
2 c. brussel sprouts, if lg. cut in half
1 c. carrots, diced
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
Minced green pepper (to taste)
1 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 to 2 c. grated cheese (your choice)

Cook vegetables as for serving, put all in casserole, add mushroom soup and stir lightly. Spread cheese on top as desired. Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees until brown.
