THREE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 pkg. frozen broccoli 1 pkg. frozen Brussel sprouts 1 pkg. frozen cauliflower 8 oz. processed cheese spread 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup French fried onions Prepare frozen vegetables as directed on package (vegetables may all be cooked in one pot). Combine soup and cheese spread; stir over low heat. Place vegetables in a greased casserole. Pour soup mixture over the vegetables. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove and sprinkle onion rings over casserole and return to oven for 10 minutes. |
