CHINESE CASSEROLE 
1 can Chinese noodles or serve on egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3+ can water
1/2+ c. sliced celery
1/2+ c. cashew nuts
1/4+ c. chopped onion
1 c. cooked chicken
1 c. cooked rice, bean sprouts, thinly sliced water chestnuts or Ramen noodles
Soy sauce (optional)

Mix together all ingredients except noodles. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes or longer. Serve on noodles.
