MARMALADE - LONDON BROIL | |
1/2 c. salad oil 1/4 c. vinegar 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tbsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 1/2 tsp. salt Garlic to taste Pierce meat all over with fork. Mix all of the ingredients above in bowl. Pour over meat and refrigerate for 2 days. Turn meat often. Cook on slow grill until meat is done. (This depends on size of meat!) |
