TEN MINUTE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla extract

1. Grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside.

2. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a deep 2 1/2 quart non metallic casserole and heat, uncovered in microwave oven 8 minutes.

3. Stir occasionally (every 2 minutes).

4. Stir in remaining ingredients until chocolate melts.

5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish.

6. Cool and cut into squares.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
