TEN MINUTE CHOCOLATE FUDGE | |
3 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter 2/3 c. evaporated milk 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1. Grease a shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish and set aside. 2. Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in a deep 2 1/2 quart non metallic casserole and heat, uncovered in microwave oven 8 minutes. 3. Stir occasionally (every 2 minutes). 4. Stir in remaining ingredients until chocolate melts. 5. Pour mixture into prepared baking dish. 6. Cool and cut into squares. |
