4 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 1/2 lbs. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. small marshmallows
2 c. chopped nuts
2 pkgs. (6 oz.) semi sweet chocolate chips

Combine sugar, milk, butter, vanilla; bring to boil; then time 11 minutes. Turn off heat, add chips, nuts and marshmallows. Beat until smooth. Pour into buttered pan.
