TRIPLE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
13 oz. evaporated milk
12 oz. chocolate chips
16 oz. German sweet chocolate, cut in 1" chunks
9 oz. milk chocolate broken in 1" chunks
1 1/2 (7 oz.) jars marshmallow creme
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. coarsely chopped toasted nuts

In a heavy Dutch oven, combine the sugar, salt, butter and milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly. Ad soon as the first bubble is seen, boil the mixture for exactly 8 minutes. Immediately remove from heat.

Quickly, stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into two oiled 9'x13" pans. Cover with foil and chill until firm. Cut into 1" squares to serve. Serve at room temperature for best flavor.
