CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
4 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
Pinch salt
12 oz. German sweet chocolate
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 pt. marshmallow cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans

Heat sugar, milk, butter, and salt in a large pan to boil. Stir constantly boil 6 minutes. Stir in rest in large mixing bowl, not the nuts. Pour hot mixture over and mix until chocolate melts. Add nuts and put in buttered 9x12 pan. Let cool and slice.
