BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. butter flavored salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 fryer or broiler chickens
1 c. instant chicken bouillon
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 oz. grated Parmesan cheese

Combine first 4 ingredients and sprinkle on chicken. Place chicken in shallow (Pam sprayed) pan, 9 x 13 inches, skin side down and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add bouillon and cook another 20 minutes.

Add mushrooms and sprinkle top side of chicken with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 15 minutes or until tender. If chicken is not brown and crispy, place under broiler for a few minutes just to brown.
