BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 fryer broiler chickens, quartered
1 c. chicken bouillon
2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
4 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Season chicken with mixed ingredients. Place chicken in shallow pan, skin side down. Place in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Add bouillon. Cook another 20 minutes. Add mushrooms and sprinkle chicken with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 15 minutes or until tender. If wanted brown and crispy, place under broiler for a few minutes.
