BAKED PARMESAN CHICKEN 
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler fryer, cut up and skinned
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine egg and milk; stir well and set aside. Combine Parmesan cheese, flour, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Dip in egg mixture, dredge in flour mixture. Place chicken in a 12 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Pour butter over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Serves 4.
