BAKED CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Mix together: 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Melt: 1 clove garlic, diced & added to butter

Dry chicken. Dip in butter and garlic. Dredge with cheese and crumb mixture. Put in baking dish. Don't cover. Put tomato sauce on each cutlet. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and put Mozzarella cheese on each cutlet. Bake 10 more minutes.
