In paper bag, put 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon paprika, 1/8 teaspoon thyme, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon parsley, 1/3 cup bread crumbs. Shake 2 1/2 to 3 pounds cut up fryer in bag.
Using 1 tablespoon oil, coat shallow roasting pan, add 1/3 cup water and chicken. Sprinkle chicken with oil and 1/4 cup melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Pour 1/3 cup Marsala wine over chicken. Reduce heat to 325 degrees, cover with foil, bake 15 minutes. Remove foil, raise to 350 degrees. Bake 10 minutes. 4 servings.
