BAKED CHICKEN BREAST 
Preheat oven to 375°F.

2 large chicken breasts, cut in two
Salt to taste
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 strips of bacon
1/4 c. bacon (crumbled; optional)
4 tbsp. chicken broth

Place on large pan. Place chicken skin down. Sprinkle salt. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with cheese. Place in oven for 40 minutes. Then turn over. Add more butter and cheese. Remove from oven and lay over bacon. Sprinkle with bacon. Bake for 20 minutes. Place chicken on a hot platter (add broth and stir over low heat until liquid is soft). Pan gravy. Pour over chicken and serve.
