BREAKFAST BRUNCH 
12 slices bread, crust removed, buttered on one side
sausage, ham, or bacon, browned and drained
12 oz. shredded cheddar
6 eggs
4 1/2 cups milk
2 tsp. dry mustard, optional
1 tsp. salt

Place 6 slices of bread butter side down in buttered 9x13-inch pan. Cover with sausage. Add cheese. Place remaining 6 slices of bread butter side up over cheese. Beat remaining four ingredients and pour over bread. Refrigerate 12 hours.

Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350°F.
