BREAKFAST BRUNCH ITALIAN EGGS 
1 c. shredded cheese
12 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
2 lbs. Italian sausage
Sliced mushrooms (as directed)
Green or red peppers (as desired)
Chopped onion (as desired)
1 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or whatever)

Butter well a 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle over butter, 1 cup shredded cheese. Be sure to layer everything. Add 12 eggs (just break the yolks), then 1 pint whipping cream. Brown well 2 pounds Italian sausage and put over whipping cream, sprinkle sliced mushrooms (as desired) over meat, next add green or red peppers and chopped onion (as desired). Over all this put 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until cheese browns. This recipe can be frozen. If frozen, thaw first before baking.
