CRESCENT QUICHE (BREAKFAST OR
BRUNCH)
 
1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can any cream soup (mushroom, onion, etc.)
8 eggs
1 c. diced ham
2 tbsp. chopped green peppers

Separate crescent rolls and place in bottom of a 9 x 13 cake pan. Press over bottom and up the side to form a crust. Beat eggs and mix in the can of soup. Stir in green peppers and ham. Pour over crust. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven until crust is brown and filling is set.
