MARINATED CHICKEN | |
1 (2 to 3 lb.) frying chicken 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. sugar Cut chicken into serving pieces and remove the skin. Combine all other ingredients and marinate the chicken in this mixture for 1 hour. Remove chicken from the marinade and place the pieces in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, in a slow oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Baste with the marinade several times while baking. |
