CHICKEN 'N CASHEWS 
2 c. cubed chicken
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 or 6-inch green onion, chopped
1 c. water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Cashews

Marinate chicken in soy sauce. Cook garlic and onion in oil approximately 2 minutes in fry pan. Add marinated meat to oil mix; stir fry until white. Mix together water, bouillon and cornstarch, then add to meat in fry pan. Simmer all for 20 minutes. Add cashews just before serving over rice.
