STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 stick butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 c. flour

FILLING:

1 can Eagle Brand milk
8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. vanilla

TOPPING:

2 pt. frozen strawberries
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Cool Whip or whipped cream

Melt butter; add to the powdered sugar and flour. Pat into thick layer on pizza pan (another pan can be substituted). Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool.

Cream the Eagle Brand, cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla. Spread on cooled crust. Set in refrigerator. Blend strawberries and cornstarch. Cook until thickens, may add a few drops of red color if desired. Spread over filling. Allow to cool a little. Finish by covering with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
