STRAWBERRY PIZZA 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

1 pkg. strawberry junket

Mix crust like for pie crust; press into a pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes (do not overbake).

MIX FILLING: Spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate.

TOPPING: Follow directions on strawberry junket box (I add a little more sugar to sweeten it); or else you can cook 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup cornstarch. Bring to a boil until thickened and clear. Remove from heat and add 1 small box strawberry Jello; chill. Arrange strawberries on cream cheese filling and pour Jello mixture over top of strawberries. Top with Cool Whip if desired. I use this strawberry mixture for pies also.
