ANGEL FOOD CANDY 
3 c. cane sugar
1 c. white syrup
1/4 c. water
1 tbsp. butter

Cook to 290 degrees. Turn off and leave 1 minute. Sift 2 heaping teaspoons baking soda. Pour in a buttered 9"x13" pan. Break into pieces after cooled. Dip into melted chocolate.
