ANGEL FOOD CANDY 
1 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar

Boil to hard crack stage, 300 degrees. Then add 1 tablespoon baking soda and stir thoroughly. Pour immediately into 8" square buttered pan. Candy should rise high in pan. Do not disturb until cooled. Break into pieces and dip in melted chocolate almond bark.
